1. Visit fee is not included, but health checks may be used in conjunction with Fellowes Farm Equine Clinic free zoned visit or as part of a routine visit.
2. Health Plan appointments must be pre booked by 5pm on the day preceeding the date of the appointment.
3. Please allow half an hour per horse for your health check.
4. Health check fee of £99 + vat and any visit charge must be paid in full at time of booking.
5. If both a blood sample and faecal egg count are requested at the time of the Annual Health Check an extra fee of £10 + Vat will be charged.
6. The health check fee does not include any charges resulting from further investigation of abnormalities detected or medications supplied as a result of the health check.
7. This is not a “Prior to Purchase” or “Examination For Insurance” examination and no such certificate will be supplied.
8. If sedation is required for dentistry there will be an additional charge.
9. This package will be available at this price until 31st August 2010.
