1. We reserve the right to alter the boundaries of free zones.
2. Free visits will only be provided on the zone day allocated.
3. Free visits must be booked by 5pm on the day preceeding the zone day.
4. Visit time will be allocated on the morning of the free visit.
5. We reserve the right to refuse the free visit to any client in breach of our business terms and conditions.
6. Please note that the normal visit charge will apply if you phone in for a visit on the day, if you require an emergency visit, or if you want a specific vet.
7. Public Holidays are not included within our Free Visit Scheme.
