To make this easier to manage and to ensure that all our clients receive top quality service we have split our area into zones. These are used when booking under our visit scheme.
For those keeping their horse within our practice area, we offer a discounted visit on your zone day, which you can find through the map below.
This applies to all of our clients, new or existing.
Visits using the zone day will have a discounted visit fee of only £22 (per visit not per horse) . All other procedures and treatments are in addition.
Visits within the practice area but outside of the allocated day will incur a reduced flat rate visit fee of £85.
If you have 5 or more horses seen at the same time at the same location you can get a FREE visit on your Zone Day

Visit Band A
The visit fee will reduce to £22 on any day of the week provided that the visit is booked before 5pm on the working day prior to the visit and you don’t require a specific vet or time for the appointment.
If a visit is booked on the same day that it is required, or that you require a specific time or vet then a fee of £45 (as opposed to £85) will be charged.
If 5 or more horses on the same yard are booked before 5pm on the working day prior to the visit, the visit fee will reduce to zero, if you don’t require a specific vet or time for the appointment.
Visit Band B
The visit fee will remain at £22 on your zone day provided that the visit is booked before 5pm on the working day prior to the visit and you don’t require a specific vet or time for the appointment.
If a visit is booked on a non-zone day or on the same day that it is required or if you require a specific time or vet then a fee of £45 (as opposed to £85) will be charged.
If 5 or more horses on the same yard are booked before 5pm on the working day prior to the visit the visit fee will reduce to zero on your zone day as long as you don’t require a specific vet or time for the appointment.
