DR. CHIARA MORELLI

Veterinary Surgeon

Chiara joined our team early July 2024 and is 50% of our out of hours team. Chiara graduated from the University of Perugia, Italy, in 2017 with a thesis on equine lymphoma and leukemia. She completed an equine rotating internship at the Large Animal Department of the University of Perugia. In 2019, she moved to the UK and completed a rotating internship at Sussex Equine Hospital. Chiara began working as an ambulatory vet in 2021. She is currently finishing her CertAVP in equine internal medicine and is starting a master's in research on strangles. Presently, Chiara serves as a BEVA Leg Up coach and a podcaster for the Equine Veterinary Education journal. In her spare time has a love for travelling and going to the gym.
